Levy Overview and Process
BEX III LEVY is providing new classroom workstation computers for all certificated staff and 4 hours of professional development in support of the new equipment. The levy professional development is split between two days of paid sessions. Here is more information about the new CWS machine specs.

Getting Ready for Delivery of CWS computer
- Save all your important Files to My Documents folder
- Clear space for Computers and remove any breakable item or clutter that might interfere with placement of computer.
- Place the label provided on existing teacher machine so that Denali crew (outside contractor) can easily identify where to place new computer.

Getting Ready for Professional Development
Once your new computer is set-up in your classroom it should be ready for you to use. We encourage you to do the items on this checklist before opening up any applications:
• Check to see if you can print to the desired printer in your building. You might also want to set that printer as the default printer.
• Review the options for the breakout sessions.
