New Features Added to This Site

Several new pages have been added to this site and can be found under “More Features” in the right hand menu;
- Presentation Station Documents – this page is the new home for our official documentation to support the presentation station (document camera and lcd projector). Here you will find technical documentation about how to setup and connect the equipment.
- Presentation Station Frequently Asked Questions – information in response to common questions, such as how to clean the air filter on the presentation station. This page is divided into two sections; one for the ceiling-mounted projectors, which are typically found in secondary classrooms, and a separate section for projectors set up on a cart or table, which is typical for our elementary classrooms. Since the directions are different for each setup, please make sure you are browsing in the correct section.
- Monthly Archives – this listing will enable you to browse our past articles archived by month.

Hi Eric- Thanks for the documents you’ve posted on this page: http://it.seattleschools.org/blog/pres-station-docs/
Under the heading “General Documents” #5. “Downloading Images from the Document Camera”, could you make a link to a document for those of us who have document cameras hooked up to an iMacs? Right now, the screen shots are for those using Windows XP.
I would like to be able to point my teachers at View Ridge to this page as a reference, but we are all hooked up to iMacs. Many thanks for all these great resources!

Thanks for the feedback Ken. I recently added a Mac version of “Downloading images from the Document Camera” document to the Mac Support page. I’ll add it to the Presentation Station Documents page.

Would it be possible to get a “older posts” and “newer posts” set of links at the bottom of the page? Right now there’s no way to access older posts.
The posts_nav_link function will do it. More information is here:
